Last night took Sexy Chair Dance class and it was just what the doctor ordered. Just what my spirit needed. Soooo good!! All the ladies bonding, laughing, and encouraging one another. One thing @helenakeppel gonna do is choreograph a sexy routine. I’m not a dancer at all. I modified when needed and I left smiling, loving my body, and feeling stronger. Im ready for the next class.
