Last night at the Haus of HER launch event was so incredible I can barely put it into words.

The energy. The vibe.

It was honestly magical. I tear up just thinking about it.🥹

And today… Haus of HER officially launched!!!!!!

There’s already a group of women inside ready to build this beautiful space together, and I feel so beyond honored that they chose to take the leap — for themselves and for the Haus.

To step into this new era where they embody confidence, magnetism, sensuality, and the full power of being in the feminine.

This space is already becoming something so special.

When in doubt, take the pole class! 🤍

I can’t even explain how amazing it felt taking @helenakeppel pole class!

I haven’t taken a pole class since well before I produced offspring. 😂

I don’t always feel super excited to take a dance class because, honestly, I often feel like the world’s slowest learner. But Helena makes sure that room is filled with nothing but good vibes, freedom, and a feeling that you’re completely welcome to be exactly where you are.

I loved every minute of it! So grateful for this class, this experience, and to be able to call Helena one of my best friends. 🤍

Last night’s pole classes were EVERYTHINGGGG. 😮‍💨🔥

Intro to Pole came ready to WEEERRRRKKKKKKK, they got an Open Level class (fucking fiyah and mama is so damn proud), Poleography absolutely ATE, and the energy in that room?! Yeah… we’re gonna need to do this again. 😂👏🏽

And I mayyyyy already be plotting what’s next. 👀

TODAY’S TRAINING SUCKED.

Yep, I said it. 😭🥲

I went into it SO excited. I warmed up, felt strong, had a whole list of things I’d saved that I wanted to try… and then I couldn’t do a damn one of them.

And it got to me.

I’m used to being the advanced pole dancer that people would literally call over like, “Helena, try this.” I trusted my strength. I trusted my body. I could get myself into almost anything (safely, of course).

Today I was struggling with things that once would’ve been easy for me.

And yeah… I might have shed a tear or 2. 🥹

But I’m so grateful for my husband. He reminded me that I’m asking my body to come back to something after 3 babies and YEARS away from consistent, intense pole training. That I can’t expect her to pick up exactly where she left off.

I have to give her time to rebuild the strength, conditioning and confidence she once had…

It’s also day one of my cycle. And I’m always preaching to women to honor and listen to their bodies, yet here I am trying to push mine.

Maybe today wasn’t the day to force hardcore training.

Maybe today was the day to listen.

So I stopped pushing. I put on some music, gave myself a beginner spin pole combo I knew I could handle… and just danced.

And you know what?

It felt fucking GOOD.

I think there’s a lesson somewhere in there.

Coming back doesn’t always look like picking up where you left off…

Sometimes it’s meeting yourself exactly where you are—and building from there.

So no, today’s training didn’t go as planned.

But I still got on the pole. 🖤

And tomorrow—or next week—we build again.

It usually starts right here… in my living room, music on, playing around until something just clicks—the choreo starts flowing and the magic happens. ✨😮‍💨

Then I get into the studio and watch the vision actually come to life. 🔥
