IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YOU STOPPED TELLING YOURSELF YOU COULDN’T! 😮‍💨

You don’t have to be a dancer.
You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to have a single ounce of confidence walking into that room.

You just have to be willing to TRY.

The confidence, the strength, the badass energy…

We build that shit along the way. 💋

And there’s NOTHING 👏🏽I 👏🏽 LOVE 👏🏽 MORE 👏🏽 than watching a woman surprise herself with what she’s capable of.

So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to step outside your comfort zone and try something new… THIS IS IT. 🖤

🎃 Our Haus of HER Halloween Experience (The Haunted Haus) is coming up October 24th! We’re kicking things off with my signature sexy chair dance workshop, followed by drinks, costumes, and a whole lot of flipping fun.

No dance experience necessary. Just come ready to move, let loose, and have a damn good time.

Comment HALLOWEEN and I’ll send you the details, baby! 🖤

The magic happens IN dance class, but what you do BETWEEN classes matters too. 😮‍💨🔥

And that’s exactly why I give women the tools to keep moving, strengthening, and improving even when we’re not dancing together.

This full-body yoga flow is dropping inside the Haus of HER Virtual Studio TODAY! 🖤

Comment HOME and I’ll send you the link to practice with me from anywhere. ✨

When in doubt, take the pole class! 🤍

I can’t even explain how amazing it felt taking @helenakeppel pole class!

I haven’t taken a pole class since well before I produced offspring. 😂

I don’t always feel super excited to take a dance class because, honestly, I often feel like the world’s slowest learner. But Helena makes sure that room is filled with nothing but good vibes, freedom, and a feeling that you’re completely welcome to be exactly where you are.

I loved every minute of it! So grateful for this class, this experience, and to be able to call Helena one of my best friends. 🤍

Last night’s pole classes were EVERYTHINGGGG. 😮‍💨🔥

Intro to Pole came ready to WEEERRRRKKKKKKK, they got an Open Level class (fucking fiyah and mama is so damn proud), Poleography absolutely ATE, and the energy in that room?! Yeah… we’re gonna need to do this again. 😂👏🏽

And I mayyyyy already be plotting what’s next. 👀

Another Intro to Pole?
A little something for my girls ready to take it beyond the basics? 😏
AND Part Two of this choreo?!

In two weeks, perhaps?
That’s all I’m saying for now. 👀🤐

Stay close because the next Pole Night announcement is comingggg. 🖤🔥

And this is where Haus of HER was born. 🖤

A space for women to move, play, explore, take up space, and come back to themselves.

Because movement was never just about the movement.

It’s about who you become when you finally let yourself be fully YOU.

See you Saturday?😏

Comment POLE and I’ll send you the deets, baby.😘
