For the past year and a half, I’ve been filming Cinetree’s Curator Talks, a series in which people from the Dutch film industry curate their favourite films.

After every interview, a portrait is made. Here are a few of my favorites. by @keeswillems

Some time ago, I had the chance to shoot a scene for the documentary; Fair Jobs together with my co-conspirator @immanuel_bom

We managed to find a beautiful and talented horse (and an equally talented owner). who graciously stood beneath our 1200 watt light (cancelling out the daylight), and who ran a couple of majestic circles around our 25-250mm.

The scene visualizes one of the main characters dreams of one day owning a horse.

Fragments of: The way things are.

A short piece I wrote and shot with @keeswillems a few months ago. It was fun to shoot on Super 8mm for the first time, s/o to @agxchitx’s beautiful music and sound design, and @mickeyminnaar ‘s pretty face in front of the camera.

Thank you @ohmio_sound for the sound recording, @armanive for the voice recording, @onnopetersen for the digitization & Malak Saad for the needed vfx. taken in Utrecht, Netherlands by @keeswillems
