𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗔 𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗥 #𝟯

Character reveal - Juliet

Raised in this patriarchal family, Juliet knows how to be strong and protect the house. When she meets Romeo of the Montagues, she must learn to stand up for herself. She makes the hard choice to go against her family’s wishes and confront her father. Will this journey lead her somewhere new—or will she ultimately yield to the Capulets family values?

Portrait by @kaleidoscopemisfit. Claudia Quaglia, stage name Misfit, is also joining for her first immersive production. Claudia is a multidisciplinary performer and events organiser from Amsterdam. Her work moves between physicality, visual art and storytelling, with a strong focus on community and spontaneity. Dance is her primary language. As a performer she focuses on creating work that opens conversation, stimulates critical and analytical thinking, and forges genuine connections between artist and audience, grounded in honesty and the here and now.

Character reveal - Romeo

Sweet, gentle Romeo is searching for a new way to love, to fill the emptiness he feels inside. When he meets Juliet, he loses himself in this beautiful adventure. A journey where he tries to fill his own void through someone else, but he cannot outrun himself forever.

Portrait by @fil____o. Filippo Gualandris is joining our immersive production for the first time. Filippo is an Italian dancer and performer based in Rotterdam. His work explores the personal relationship to reality through the body. He is interested in how experience can be expressed through gesture, rhythm and physical presence. In his process he moves between what is clear and literal and what is intuitive or abstract, bringing different movement qualities and sensations to the surface. As a performer he is drawn to moments of openness and vulnerability where honesty emerges. This creates connection where meaning can be both felt and understood.

Character reveal - Lord Capulet

As father and head of the family, Lord Capulet is driven by his household’s wellbeing. His daughter Juliet and his nephew Tybalt are his highest priorities and he will do anything to shield them from a dangerous world. When he realizes they do not share his worldview, he faces a difficult crossroads. Should he hold fast to family values, or let the younger generation reshape them?

Portrait by @fernando_oliveirart. We are happy to have Fernando joining us for the first time. Fernando is a Brazilian multidisciplinary artist based in Amsterdam, with a background in performing arts and physical theatre. He works across disciplines as a dancer, choreographer, director, and musician, developing a practice that moves between different artistic languages. His work lies at the intersection of dance with Brazilian and ritual influences, physical theatre, and sensory performance, where movement, sound, and image converge. Since 2016, he has been the founder and artistic director of ANT – Physical Theatre Company, an intercultural collective that connects artistic research with social engagement.

Character reveal - Friar Lawrence

A priest of love and hope. Blinded by their vision of the future, Friar Lawrence tries to find balance between the houses and the people within them, convinced that if everyone makes their own choices, the world would be a better place. Will they persuade everyone to join his mission?

Portrait by @robertamaimone_. Roberta is back for her third immersive production and has been a force to be reckoned with. Starting with De Val van Hercules and continuing in Het behouden Huis, she has shown to be an incredible versatile performer and part of the performers core group. Roberta has portrayed and shaped a broad variety of characters states and emotions, using her impeccable artistic craft.
