I got baptized when I was 8 years old, not truly knowing what it meant.

Now here I am, 38 years old, being baptized for the 2nd time — this time understanding so much more about the Bible and finally able to appreciate God in my faith. He’s brought me through so much, and watching how He continues to transform me every single day has been a true blessing.

I met Rich @the_real_riches at Avant Athletic Club in Toronto. The following week we started studies on discipleship. A few weeks later, he introduced me to Pastor Caleb in Orange County to finish my studies and disciple walk. Along the way, several group studies with my brothers Isaac, Daniel, and Aaron — each of them sharing their experiences and knowledge of the Word.

I actually pushed my planned baptism back a week because I was nervous, scared to transition my life away from how I’d been so used to living. Doing things my way.

Then on August 16,2026, I decided to follow through and give my life to Christ.

I’m not perfect, and I know we’ll continue to be tested by the flesh. But I’m letting God take control of my life from here on out.

Jesus is my Lord & Savior. Amen 🙏🏾✝️
