🥾 Sunday miles with the CSH Coaching gang 🌿

A brilliant Sunday spent swapping the gym for the great outdoors, with a beautiful walk around Loweswater. ⛰️🌊

Fresh air, big views, plenty of laughs and great company — the perfect reminder that fitness isn’t just about what happens in the gym. It’s about getting outside, moving your body and enjoying the journey together. 💪

Great people. Great scenery. Great way to spend a Sunday. ❤️

Day 3: A slower, more relaxed day ❤️ Starting at the Moco Museum, then strolling through Parc de la Ciutadella towards the Arc de Triomf. From there, we wandered through the Gothic Quarter to find the famous Kissing Wall, before making our way down to the port and hopping aboard the Nautic Bus to Barceloneta Beach. 🌊☀️ #Mocomuseum#Arcdetriomf#parcdelaciutadella#gothicquarter#Barcelonetabeach

Day 2: Another adventure on the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, this time taking the Green Route! We explored the Bunkers del Carmel, wandered through Park Güell, admired the breathtaking Sagrada Família, and finished with La Pedrera – Casa Milà. Day 2 in London 🇬🇧

Started the day at Borough Market before heading over to Greenwich for a ride on the cable car across the Thames, followed by the challenge of climbing The O2. We were lucky to be joined by such a lovely group, which made the experience even more enjoyable!

For lunch, I stuck with my reliable favourite from Pret — the Chicken Caesar.

The afternoon was spent exploring the Natural History Museum and doing a little shopping before finishing the day with our second theatre show of the trip, The Devil Wears Prada.
