LIFE LATELY 🤍

A little reminder that life isn’t just about the big achievements, the before & afters, the PBs, the busy weeks or the goals we’re chasing.

Sometimes it’s the little moments in between that mean the most.

The people who make you laugh until your stomach hurts.
The memories you didn’t plan.
The days that remind you how lucky you are.
The hard days you still got through.
The people who show up for you.
The moments where you stop, look around and realise… this is my life.

The last few weeks have taught me so much about myself.

About growth.
About letting go.
About starting again.
About choosing happiness.
About surrounding yourself with people who genuinely bring out the best in you.
And most importantly, about not waiting for life to be perfect before you allow yourself to enjoy it.

As a coach, I spend so much of my time encouraging other people to believe in themselves, to keep going when things get hard, to celebrate the small wins and to remember that progress isn’t always something you can measure.

And honestly… I’ve had to remind myself of exactly the same things.

Life can change so quickly.

So I’m learning to appreciate the good days a little more.
To be present.
To make memories.
To laugh more.
To love harder.
To keep showing up.
And to be proud of the person I’m becoming.

Because your life is happening right now.

Not when you reach your goal weight.
Not when you get the dream job.
Not when everything finally falls into place.

Right now.

So chase your goals, absolutely.
Work hard.
Become stronger.
Push yourself.
Build the life you want.

But don’t forget to actually live it along the way. 🫶

This is your reminder to celebrate where you are, not just where you’re going.

And if you're currently in a season of change, uncertainty or rebuilding…

Keep going.

You never know how beautiful the next chapter might be. 🤍

One life. One team. One community.

Here’s to the memories, the lessons, the people, the little wins and everything still to come. 🥂🤍

That’s me off!! To anyone I haven’t told this is my adventure for 2022 and it’s starts at the airport in a few hours 🥳 massive thank you to Emma and Paul for talking everything through, helping me get packed up and seeing me off. I know you’re both sad but a new adventure awaits and I’m proud to have been raised to grab any opportunity with both hands. I know that Kelly Fiona Annette Jacqueline and all the family will look after you while I’m gone I love you all and I’m incredibly lucky you all love me too. And in the wise words of a lady I’ve always admired.
‘My own life has been much more than a fairy tale. I’ve had my share of difficult moments, but whatever difficulties I’ve gone through, I’ve always gotten the prize at the end.’

The bottom of Eva's beekeepers quilt is on the finishining line. Only a border hexipuff to add to the bottom of the peach colour. The quilt is laid out on a double bed so even though it may have taken longer than anticipated it will still be big enough for her. If the counting has gone right there are another 15 coloured ones to knit and the same for the cream border. 400+ hours already gone into the quilt. Hopefully another 50hrs will see it complete. Hopefully it is a quilt that will become a family heirloom
