This is from my last day of vacation ☀️ on August 1st.

Because of the labor movement and unions, I’m able to take paid time off from work, and enjoy visiting places such as Lake Tahoe. Also, I’m able catch up on the ever-growing list of to-do’s on the weekend, and not work myself to death - at least I try not to - Monday through Friday.

Today, on Labor Day, I really reflected on this and feel grateful ☺️ to those who fought hard for these things we take for granted now in the workforce. I had a productive day, catching up on some of the to-do’s as well as taking time for myself by enjoying a new TV show 📺 and cuddles with my fur babies 🐱.

I hope you all were able to enjoy your day, and take a moment to feel grateful, too 😊.

A beautiful day to watch a game 🤩!!

I was happy to have the opportunity to catch the game today, courtesy of Women@Gap group, and also celebrating the Northern California Girls Scouts 🧡.

The Giants played well…until they forgot they still needed to play in the 10th inning, and gave up 2 runs to the Tigers 🥴.

Hello, August ☀️!!

A new month, but today is my last full day and night in Tahoe 😔. To commemorate it, I started and ended my day at the lake 😊.

It has been an amazing week, and I look forward to coming back soon ♥️.
