My first day…and Caturday…without the cone or inflatable flower 🌸!!

Meowmy took me to my follow-up appt. earlier today, and I was given a paws 🐾 up! My sutures were removed and the vet said everything looked good 😺💕.

It was a very scary time just a couple of weeks ago, and we all feel blessed and grateful that I made it through. However, Meowmy had to dig deep to pay for all the tests & labs, surgery, and care to ensure I did make it through ❤️‍🩹.

So, she is swallowing her pride and asking for help. In our bio and comments below is the link 🔗 to donate any amount you feel you can support us - $1, $5, $25, or more - any amount will help and is greatly appreciated ♥️…thank you!

Interesting concept?
Does that mean I can stay up late Sundays 🥂
Reality is What it IS (swipe to left) yet the inner miracles keep my spirit in charge of my mood. I may have a day-job but the dream is alive and each day closer to my preferred reality. Happy Monday 😁

One of my most favorite spots to sleep ❤️: on my cat mom’s hair (though, tbh, I prefer to be burrowed more in it!).

How did you find Young Living? I was looking for sleep support, and the first blend I ever used was from @kelbel2819 who gave me Peace & Calming + Lavender. I put a drop on my feet at night and left the small bottle open next to me so I could breathe it in. After only a couple of days I felt like I was sleeping better and decided that I needed a diffuser. Once I got my diffuser, I experimented with so many sleep blends. I believe that certain scents help promote sleep both because of the oils, and because the memory of those scents implies sleep. So, running my diffuser at bedtime works twofold.

I also found SO much more with YL - nontoxic makeup, cleaning supplies, soap, etc and a whole group of new friends. When I signed up, I went all in with a PSK, and a bunch of sleep oils, but everyone is different and you can take it all at your own pace. Just get what you want and need and see what works for you. If you aren’t a member and want some samples of my favorite sleep oils, just shoot me a message and I’ll get them out to you!

(Extra benefit - both of these oils are in the premium starter kit!!)

Young Living is so much more than essential oils - it’s about living a non-toxic lifestyle. In addition to oils, Young Living has an entire line of supplements that are formulated to help you on your wellness journey and keep you feeling your best. It’s so hard to pick just one - but right now my favorite is Cortistop. This supplement is designed to help your body remember how to reduce cortisol levels (stress hormone), so you take it nightly for 2 months and then go off it to see if you can self-regulate. I find it helps me sleep better and keeps mood swings in check.

Unsure where to start with using supplements? My friend @kelbel2819 is hosting a class on supplements next week on Facebook. Send me a message if you’re interested in joining and I’ll add you!
