When I say I have crippling anxiety and hazardous depression, this is how I feel. Some days just barely keeping my head above water, dealing with the angst beneath. Back when I was taking lots of pills to stave off the thoughts in my head, I realized I wasn’t dreaming and I was uninspired to shoot. I realized my anxiety and depression were driving forces for me and my work. After decades of “working on it”, I learned to drift and dance with it. I hope everyone can find peace in the moments where they feel like they’re drowning. Thank you to the incredible and talented @pangolinpops and Thank you to the always inspiring @jpfilms_losangeles

Link in bio✨The k•hole is a curiosity podcast where every week we pick a topic and let curiosity take over. Each episode starts with a single idea—then quickly spirals into coincidences, psychology, cultural obsessions, dreams, strange stories, and whatever connections our brains decide to make along the way.

Some episodes are thoughtful, some chaotic, and some spiral into places we definitely didn’t plan to go.
Welcome to the k•hole.
