Meet the coach! Hi, I’m Kelley 👋
I gave birth in March 2025, and had my share of surprises and interruptions in what i thought would be my #fitgirlpregnancy . (Read more on that at @the.mothership.collective ) More than anything, I learned that informed coaching matters during this season. In addition to my natural curiosity and passion for fitness, I am certified by @brianna.battles of @pregnant.postpartum.athlete . This means that I put in the hours to learn the specifics behind what our bodies are doing during pregnancy and postpartum, common symptoms and experiences, and how to help YOU continue your fitness journey feeling capable and empowered through motherhood.
Your athletic life doesn’t end when you get pregnant or have a baby. In fact, I believe that we can have the time of our lives if we just give our bodies the TLC they need.
There is nothing that lights me up more than the idea of bringing the tools that I’ve learned to the gritty mountain women of this community, and helping us all to feel strong and powerful raising the next generation.

Bryce is the type of person where when we put out feelers to see if anybody wanted to come to the olympics and watch him race, over 20 friends and family bought flights without further questions. They brought energy, dance moves, cheers, and a big chunk of home that we have been missing after being on the road so long, and we had the time of our lives.
I’ve been trying to get my thoughts in order to express, even to myself, what the whole experience felt like.. and honestly i still don’t have it in my grasp. The magnitude of the accomplishment to even be there, the strength and love demonstrated by my husband at every turn, the unending gratitude for our people near and far. Sport has brought our family so much. This life has a depth to it that is the underlying current beneath everything else we do. To go out in the world with your whole heart, holding nothing back, in every aspect of life. What a gift 💛 by @kell.benntt
