Spent the last 12 weeks working with Kellan during his return from ACL surgery.

A lot of force plate testing, iso holds, unilateral work, sleds, jumps, and paying attention to the little details every day. We used the data to attack asymmetries and rebuild strength and confidence. Crazy he’s leaving stronger now than he was before the injury.

In the middle of rehab he:

• Hit 225 x 22 at his Pro Day
• Broad jumped over 9’
• Benched 301 x 3 PR
• Ran 1.64 in the 10m

None of that happened by accident. He showed up every day ready to work and never rushed the process.

Today was our last day training before he moves on to the next phase. Proud of the work he put in and excited to watch what’s next for him. 👊 by @kellan.wyatt

I was so excited when @kellan.wyatt reached out to celebrate his journey with a custom piece. This shot captures so much emotion after winning it all with @indianafootball as a National Champion.
