One of the things about @fellowscafe that has always fascinated @kelley.beecham and I is the staff. These people are incredibly genuine, they are super caring and they all seem to like each other! It’s almost like they enjoy coming to work every day. How do you create a work culture like that? @christinadevictor helps shed some light on it in this clip!

Kelley and I sat down with @christinadevictor who started both @fellowscafe & @fromroswell. One of the most interesting things I learned in that interview was that she simply wants these restaurants to be facilitators of connection! If you’ve been to either restaurant, the warmth from the staff is genuine! @kelley.beecham and I go so often we’ve become friends with many of them! If you haven’t been, highly encourage you to get a reservation and go check them out!

Kelley and I love going to @fellowscafe. It’s one of our all-time favorite places for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The food incredible, the staff is kind and the aesthetic is uniquely cozy & warm. It makes you feel like you’re right at home. I’ve been wanting to ask @christinadevictor this question for a long time and it’s cool to hear the story about how much intentionality (and a little serendipity) all came together to make Fellows the great environment that it is!

There are very few people @kelley.beecham would come interview with me… but one of those is @christinadevictor ! Christina is owner and founder of @fellowscafe and @fromroswell . She also reinvigorated the @roswellfarmersmarket . Christian and her husband Tony grew up in and around Roswell and have made it their mission to bring people together over incredible food, great service, and a warm atmosphere alongside their incredible team!! If you ask Christina, the people working alongside her are the reason any of it works. Their talent, care, and belief in what they’re building have shaped every part of it.

Have you been to been to Fellows or From the Well? How was your experience?

Who needs wallpaper? @adriannetrulockart bringing our dining room to life!

The scene is from Matthew 6 where Jesus talks about the lilies and sparrows:

“If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭30‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Had the absolute privilege & delight to paint this mural for dear friends!! Kelley & Connor truly value bringing people together, gathering around the table & providing warm hospitality that makes you want to linger longer. So honored that these walls will be a part of their story & what makes their home a little more special 🩷 by @kelley.beecham
