POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Seven years ago, I packed up my things on a whim, drove from New Orleans to Nashville, and started my yoga teacher training journey. I didn’t know anyone here, but I knew I wanted to create a different kind of community. I was SO eager to connect, to find my people, and to build a life that felt like mine.

Looking back on the last seven years, the good, the bad, the thrills, the heartaches, all of it, I can’t help but smile at how many incredible people this journey has brought into my life.
Every person I’ve met along the way, whether I’ve known you for seven minutes or seven years, has left something with me. A lesson, a memory, a laugh, a perspective, a little piece of themselves. All of those little pieces have become part of who I am.

Thank you for being my community, for growing alongside me, and most of all, for being some of my greatest teachers. 🤍 I can’t wait to see what the next seven years bring! taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @kelleyd_05

Love the taste and how refreshing it is. Mixes so well with water and ice. No clumps left behind!

Love this product and hope they make it a standard and not limited edition in the future!! Please @skratchlabs !!! ❤️🙌 taken in Fleet Feet Nashville by @kelleyd_05
