Since I can’t get out and run with my run club. I found some new friends to run with at 5:00am in Bensalem.. I was ok with the buck running at a faster pace but I could do without the turtle talking smack by @kelleytate

Happy Mother’s Day to an amazing mother-in-law who from day one treated me like family — not just a son-in-law, but truly like a son.

Over all these years, one thing that has never changed is your love for people, your love for the Lord, and your ability to make everyone around you feel welcome. You’ve never met a stranger, and somehow you always manage to make people laugh and feel comfortable(sometimes uncomfortable 😂)at the same time.

Thank you for being a lover of the Dad jokes and being a wonderful 2nd mom to me for all these years

This year has been hard, but through it all you continue to live with strength, faith, love, and purpose. Dad may no longer be with us here, but we know he is alive in Heaven waiting for us — and I know he’s proud of the life and impact you continue to have.

From your beginnings as a little Black girl in Detroit to becoming a mother to 5 kids, 13 grandkids, a great-grandchild, and thousands more through Art of Heart, your life has inspired and changed so many people.

As your firstborn, I was your first project. Your belief in me, your faith in God’s calling on my life, and your fearless example of living boldly for Christ have shaped me more than you know.

Tried Kenny’s meals for lunch today after my workout 🏋️‍♀️. I had the Parmesan Basa with roasted potatoes and broccoli. Delicious! Can’t wait to try other meals !❤️ by @kelleytate
