gloomy day -> glorious run ◡̈
no sunday scaries for me, got that 3.5 easy miles today & tomorrow’s a long run🏃🏼‍♀️ 🎉

overall felt pretty darn good, light on my feet, my hammies were a little sore yesterday and this morning but i stretched and rolled them out and i also got to wear my new socks 🧦 haha they were bright white till i ran through a puddle
i listened to tate mcrae ofc the entire run and it was such a vibe tbh. i wasn’t really in a yapping mood as i gotta save it for tomorrow where it makes the longer runs go by real fast 💨 so music 🎶 it was for today!

try not to forget how far you’ve come! progress is not perfect nor linear but if you’re feeling “stuck” remind yourself where you began and how proud you should be for getting yourself where you are! live in the moment for a bit, it’s great to set out and achieve but if you don’t pause and reflect, how will you ever appreciate what you’ve done?
