longest run ever!!
i woke up this morning, being that it long run day, and decided i was gonna add one more mile to my previous longest distance of seven miles. well that was a great idea until i decided what if i switched up my socks to match/at a little fun vibe to them w the design. immediately no. mike 3, my feet said no and i had the worst blisters on my arch on both sides. but i kept pushing and told myself that if this happened on the day of @runmillinocket what was i gonna do? stop. nope. i was gonna finish it. so i did. also had my first ever fuel during my run at mile 5. i popped a date (medjool date) and enjoyed that. haven’t been really into goos, ik they are popular just not sure how my stomach would do so we r trying a more natural approach first w dates. but we will see come race day.
— at least this time my tummy didn’t mind the food in it intrarun.
now i just gotta go to walmart and get some moleskin, bigger bandaids and treat these blisters lol. still got the rest of my week ahead of me 🏃🏼‍♀️😋
