So much of my life has changed lately. New home, new routines, new responsibilities, and a completely different chapter of life.

One thing I’ve been thinking about a lot is how easy it is to change your circumstances but still carry around the same thoughts, fears, and patterns.

I’ve been learning that creating a different life also means learning to think differently. Not letting old experiences dictate new ones, being more intentional with my thoughts, and actually believing that good things can happen.

The gym is just one small part of that. I’m really trying to build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. 🤍 by @kellseyfranceschi

Apparently I decided to change my entire life at once 😂

I’m moving into a new apartment, flying to Brazil THIS WEEK to see my fiancé, waiting on our K-1 visa, planning a wedding, growing my content business, working, traveling, and somewhere in there still trying to make it to the gym.

I’m SO excited about the apartment. I’ll finally have my own space to decorate, film in, and make completely mine. I already know furnishing it is about to become my entire personality for a while.

And then there’s Brazil! Long distance has been such a huge part of our relationship, and right now we’re in the waiting game with our K-1 visa. We don’t know exactly when we’ll get our interview or when he’ll finally be able to move here, but we’re getting closer.

I also realized I’ve barely shared this whole process, and I want to change that. I’m going to start sharing more about the K-1 journey, long distance, Brazil, wedding planning, the new apartment, eventually creating our first home together, and all the craziness in between.

Fitness is still a big part of my life too, even if consistency sometimes looks a little different when life gets this busy.

Basically, there’s a LOT happening behind the gym selfies right now.

I’m excited. I’m overwhelmed. My suitcase is not packed. My apartment is not furnished. My fiancé is still in another country. But things are happening. 😂

I have always wanted a walking pad, but I held out until I found a good one that was actually worth the price! @garvee_official has the best walking pad I have tried so far. Traveling will forever be one of my favorite things I spend money on.

These trips were seriously SO much fun. India and Brazil were completely different experiences, and I loved them both for completely different reasons. There is just something about getting on a plane and going somewhere totally different from your normal life that makes you feel alive again.

I love trying new food, seeing how people live in other parts of the world, walking around with absolutely no idea where I’m going, taking a million pictures, staying out way too late because I don’t want to waste a second of the trip, and coming home with a camera roll full of memories and a list of ten more places I want to go.

Brazil will obviously always have an extra special place in my heart because it’s where I met my fiancé. Kind of crazy to think that a place so far from home became the setting for such a huge part of my life. Safe to say that trip gave me a pretty good souvenir😘

Honestly, the random moments are always my favorite. The things you could never plan ahead of time. The funny conversations, getting lost, trying something new, finding some random place you end up loving, or just looking around for a second and realizing how crazy it is that you’re actually there.

Every trip I take just makes me want to travel more. Which is honestly a very expensive problem to have lol.

Life is way too big and the world is way too interesting to spend all of it in the same place.
