So thankful to have had a (very) long, full summer of racing. Got to rep brantford for another year while also finishing on the CTFL podium in my rookie season with the arctics🩵

Ready to get back at it indoors with my favourite people 🫶🏻

OFSSA 24’
I came into this weekend just wanting to enjoy my time here because I knew it was my last ofsaa. I qualified for both the 400mH and the 800 but the way the schedule worked out I knew I couldn’t give it my all in both. My plan was to run the 800 only if I didn’t make the hurdle final. Unfortunately after a strong, confident hurdle race my legs said no thanks after the last hurdle and I struggled to the line. I ended up 9th overall in a race I had only run four times prior to OFSAA and for that I am super proud. But to scratch from the 800 after an injury in my hurdles was something I didn’t see coming. I am so thankful for the training that got me here and all my high school coaches who showed up even when it was just me running. Thankful to my mom most of all who is my biggest supporter and trucked me around to every meet and made sure I was having fun while doing it🫶🏻

OFSAA West 2024
My two days at west were filled with so much stress but having my team around me made all the difference❤️ It started with a not so ideal 400 day one, but still a good race nonetheless. Day two I ran a strong 400 hurdle race to a new pb, and shortly after I had my 800 which went way better than I had ever hoped. Thank you to my team, my coaches and all the supportive parents who took the time to get us where we are🫶🏻 OFSAA bound:)
