Sunday at the 2026 Bob Vigars Classic will be the largest CTFL Prelim meet this season - lots of new and returning athletes will be repping the singlet in London.

We also have our nutrition sponsor @zenteinnutrition on site with samples of their whole-food collagen protein bars, elite squares, superfood chocolate, and collagen powders.

Also @newbalancerunning will be there with their spikes for you to try on - PWR-X and MD-X

OUA Ready 🔥

Already so proud of how this group has carried themselves all season. The long practices, the late nights, the extra reps, the sacrifices that nobody sees. They have earned this moment.

The work is done. Now it is time to compete, trust it, and have some fun.

Let’s get it.

The women’s 4x4 squad of @cora.mcq @finleyrb @halleeknelsen @kelly_tf got the job done with a season best 3:47.51. That mark punches their ticket to U SPORTS and currently ranks them 3rd in the country and 2nd in the OUA. Big time performance when it mattered!

Does the hurdler have enough endurance, or the steeplechaser enough speed? 🤔
