This week has been more than I can bear. Please take a moment for me, for @victorjean016 and for his family to tap the link below. Direct donations can be made to the funeral home. If you do anything please share. Thank you for all the thoughts, prayers and love from this community. It means the world to me. 💞

Way to go, Reagan! Not only was he recognized for Perseverance last spring, he was also spotlighted for Responsibility this month.

He’s already had some tough lessons in his 12 years, but he consistently works hard, practices on his own and never gives up. And he’s always trying to make someone laugh along the way.

I’m most proud of his huge heart and how he looks out for friends and even strangers. He reminds me a lot of my dad and I can’t think of a better compliment! ❤️ by @kellymriddle

Some people listen to sad songs. This is how I knock out a bad day. 😂

It’s been a long road with many setbacks and challenges to reaching this goal. Super excited to compete in the 2027 USA Boxing’s Masters’ Boxing Championships in Las Vegas! 🥊 by @kellymriddle

Here I am brace-faced, barely 16, hard at work here as a lifeguard. This was my third job. Paper route from ages 8-18, nannying 3 boys in summer (AND taking them on my paper route with me!!) by age 11 and I started lifeguarding at 15.

I’m ready to retire! 😂

Although I definitely wouldn’t mind another summer lifeguarding at the Lucas County Pool. Unfortunately, it’s long been demolished. taken in Lucas County Fairgrounds by @kellymriddle

We are still thinking about the conversations that came out of Root & Rise. 🌱

Hosted at Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia, Root & Rise brought together leaders across industry policy, research, education, and business to share perspectives on what’s happening now and what’s ahead for emerging markets.

We were proud to be part of it, with our Co-Founder & CEO Kurt Kaufmann joining fellow industry leaders for The Front Lines: What It Takes to Win at Retail.

From the future of cannabis retail to research, regulation, workforce development, and market growth, there was no shortage of conversations worth continuing beyond the event.

Thank you to @rootandriseevents for bringing so many different sides of the industry together in one place. 🌱 by @kellymriddle

Leo started his first college class!
I held it together better than when I dropped him off for Kindergarten. 😂 He’s still just beginning his junior year - in the dual enrollment program at NWHS and Guilford Tech. by @kellymriddle

For the past 6+ months I’ve been dealing with a mystery condition that has created chronic fluid in my lungs, wheezing and horrendous coughing fits from aspiration. It’s potentially caused by acid reflux or likely a combo of things and I’ve been running the gamut of unpleasant tests to find out. It set me back a bit on my goals combined with a busy work schedule, but happy to report… I’m BAAAAACK!!! 🥊 by @kellymriddle

If you ever believed showing up doesn’t matter, take a cue from the hemp industry, which organized fast in numbers and swept the capital with a unified message: Regulate, don’t ban.

Proud to stand beside the hundreds of responsible operators across the state, and grateful to every legislator and staff member who took the time to listen, as well as every individual who called, wrote letters, shared content, and showed up to have their voices heard in Raleigh today. 👏

Last slide: We lucked into the legendary fried chicken day at the Legislative Building cafeteria. It’s a Raleigh institution with a cult following, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. taken in North Carolina State Legislative Building by @kellymriddle

Enjoying talking sensible hemp policy with Mary Lynn from team of Guilford district NC State Representative @priceyharrison

Excited that representatives across party lines are open minded to regulating versus banning the industry in the state. Combined with the federal ban extension and federal rescheduling, there’s hope for a future that includes safe access for NC residents. by @kellymriddle
