Loved spending time in Kellyn Trapp’s studio yesterday—such a treasure trove of inspiration. Photographing her in her element with this iPhone session was so much fun (we captured a ton of fresh content). Can’t wait for our next session!

A little sketching outside by the river while my hubby does some fishing brings me joy and peace. It’s good for my soul and spirit. 🫶🏽☺️

I did a thing. I was led to create this painting to give to someone at my Women’s Retreat. It was perfectly orchestrated and the person highlighted was exactly who was to receive it.

“Restored”

A lotus lives deep in the secret lies hidden beneath the muddy waters. While it is in the bottom of the pits of the marsh, it produces seeds. Yes, replaces the lies with seeds. God placed those seeds in the lies. These seeds that are God’s promises and truth, grow into a beautiful blossom that rises above the muddy waters. Seeds that produced a rebirth of purity, light and a restored heart.
🙌🏼🙏🏼

If this resonates with you, please share. I’d love to hear it. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

This weekend was beyond my wildest imagination and to say that it was great isn’t enough! Restored, renewed, changed, refreshed, loved, acceptance, healed, affirmed, and so much more are some of the words shared. Leading an event takes a lot of energy, prayer, thought, planning, etc. it’s not until the following day, I’m able to sit, reflect, be still and listen to all that God has for me.

My restoration vase and rock is everything I love. God’s glory pouring all over me with His love, protection and admiration as His bride. Blooming and growing and a renewal of my spirit. I am purified and restored. 🙌🏼🫶🏽💛

My drawings this week. Some for fun in my sketchbook and some contour and proportion lessons. I’m always creating to improve my skills.
