The @caigerandco showcase was an evening where the food did the talking. ✨

“Food is a form of storytelling, with each menu shaped not just by flavour, but by place” read the introduction overlaid our hemisphere plates as guests took to their seats.

We couldn’t agree more.

This setting is the elegant Battersea Art Centre, with a beautiful endless table tracing the room, creating a space for guests to enjoy the curated selection of dishes which unfolded.

Dinner with Bacchus at @hereldn

Our recent showcase in collaboration with the wonderful team at @outernetglobal @outernetlondon in celebration of our recent partnership. Great people, tasty food, and delicious wine.

On the menu

Canapés

Table Snack: Smiley faces, smoked crème fraîche, caviar & chive

Starter: Raw Dexter beef croustade, bonito emulsion, toasted sesame vinaigrette & nasturtium

Main: Lobster pie, bisque, chips & cabbage greens

Dessert Station: Rhubarb & custard soft serve, brown butter crumble, ginger syrup. Rhubarb & lemon verbena doughnut

So excited to share these photos from a recent shoot with @mayvncafe opening their new London cafe.

Often, I shoot documentary style, capturing events as they naturally unfold -

For this shoot,the brief was discussed and I was able to work with the team to lead the creative direction working alongside @scarlettbuckley_

Creative direction is something I have been aiming to learn more about and was really grateful for this opportunity - here are some of the final images 🙌🏻

Throwback to Supper Club with @sophiesmunch on a crisp November evening in Clapham at @willowsclapham

It was amazing to capture one of Sophie’s supper clubs & how fresh & wholesome the food tasted.

If you get the chance, to get a ticket for the next one, I suggest getting as many as you can & bring everyone you know. It’ll be worth it .

Bring on summer wedding season!

The sunshine in London lately has me daydreaming about long, summer evenings and unforgettable celebrations.

This time last year, I photographed my first wedding for the incredible Maya & Theo—a dreamy summer poolside party in Maria de la Salut, Mallorca. It was filled with the kindest people, the best energy, and all the magic that makes summer weddings so special.

The final main course service of the Splendid x Ottolenghi gala ball: 600 plates out the door in just under 20 minutes.

Back of house, it’s a different world— No talking in the kitchens during service, but it’s not quiet - everyone is in a dance of urgency, precision, and adaptability.

Something always goes off-script. A vegetarian becomes gluten free. A garnish runs low. Timing slips. But somehow, the team pulls it back—together.
