This was the kind of dinner where the guests knew the difference between a good glass and a great one.

That’s why we supplied Riedel glassware, Sublym flutes, and Moon tumblers in ruby red throughout, all in addition to our furniture and tableware.

The food was as extraordinary as the company and occasions like this are a reminder of why the details matter as much as they do.

You don’t hand Ferrari a wine list. You build them four drinks of their own.

H.R. Owen, Hatfield. Il Viaggio - a journey built not around the cars but around the people at the table and what it takes to earn a spot.

It opens with the arrival:

The Daytona - gin, Cocchi di Torino, Amaro Nonino - stirred cold, the prancing horse branded into the orange peel. Measured, deliberate, a drink that doesn’t explain itself. The vermouth and the amaro don’t compete; they negotiate, quietly and in Italian.

Then, you let yourself enjoy it:

The Testarossa: bergamot, chamomile, grapefruit, fizzing on non-alcoholic prosecco. The one you’re smiling into before you’ve decided to.

Finally, the drive home:

The Enzo and the Forty-Four - the same drink made two ways, milk-washed and clarified until everything excessive falls away. Translucent, still, weighted, gold leaf on top. One on tequila. The other on Almave, the alcohol-free agave spirit created by Lewis Hamilton himself. Forty-Four for the number he’s carried his whole career, now running under the Cavallino Rampante. Unhurried, reflective, the quiet that only comes when nothing’s left to say.

What If: Live In Action 🎭

A multi-chapter immersive, commissioned by @caigerandco for a selection of London’s senior event planners.

Four memory-stations across three rooms - Come in, Come outside, Come and see, Come home. Each a fully composed environment: scent, lighting, drink, story. Followed by a dining experience set in The Reverie.

Devised, styled, and directed by A&B. Mixology, performance, and service running as a single thread through the evening.

To be continued...

The @caigerandco showcase was an evening where the food did the talking. ✨

“Food is a form of storytelling, with each menu shaped not just by flavour, but by place” read the introduction overlaid our hemisphere plates as guests took to their seats.

We couldn’t agree more.

This setting is the elegant Battersea Art Centre, with a beautiful endless table tracing the room, creating a space for guests to enjoy the curated selection of dishes which unfolded.

Last week, Pimlico Chorus - which is now at 50+ members 🎉 - was paid a visit by professional singer Anita Morrison (@anitawholeselfsinger). Anita has been teaching singing for over 30 years and is a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. The choir was invigorated and inspired by her visit; thank you, Anita!

The workshop landed in the build-up to our concert of Fauré’s Requiem which takes place on Sunday 29th March. Tickets at the link in our bio 🔗
