🇺🇸 HYROX BOSTON 2026 — PRO WOMEN DOUBLES RECAP 🔥

Molly Chambers & Willow Collins 🇺🇸 won in 56:55, 2:03 clear. Two Pro titles for Willow, who also took the singles win in 1:00:07. 🥇

Kelly Sullivan & Cassandra Carroll 🇺🇸 claimed silver in 58:58, a 1:33 pair PB and the 35–39 age-group win. Cassandra went from seventeenth in Boston 2025 with a different partner to second this year. 🥈

Meghan McNab & Ali Summers 🇺🇸 took bronze in 1:00:29, with the fastest sled push of the day: 2:06. 🥉

Elise McClintic & Imogen Cross 🇺🇸 finished fourth in 1:01:19, 15 seconds faster than their Chicago win, and won the 40–44 age group.

Rebecca Shinnick 🇺🇸 & Synnøve Tønnesen 🇳🇴 took fifth in 1:01:48, a 1:41 pair PB from Miami and victory in 25–29.

Bri Ungania & Madeleine McIlroy 🇺🇸 placed seventh in 1:01:54, cutting 39 seconds from their Salt Lake City time in their second Pro race together.

Molly Campbell 🇺🇸 & Maria Fecik 🇨🇦 finished tenth in 1:02:26 and won the 30–34 age group. Molly lowered her individual doubles PB by 2:04.

@lifetime.ltgames - you were an absolute blast. I love everything there is about this - choose your own adventure, barbells, dumbbells, cardio, chipping away at reps, having to trust your body and mind to push you through, it’s such a unique and incredible format.
.
I came into this with no huge expectations, just excited to let it rip and see what I can do. Unfortunately I didn’t fuel properly both the whole day and before the event and I let myself down a bit. Still happy to have pushed through it and do well. Definitely can’t wait for another chance at this. @semifitwes thanks for an incredible event! (and allowing me to stay in the highlighted heat😁)

Had so much fun last weekend competing with @s.rooney33 at @crossfit696 and their 10th Battle on Broadway competition! Really happy with a 3rd place finish. Cant wait to see you crush it at Hyrox Boston next weekend Steven!! by @kellysully21

@rallywestvirginia there’s so much I can say about this event. It brings every emotion, it tests everything and then some, and it has the most incredible owners, athletes, and volunteers out there!
.
8 events over three days to test fitness. I am so happy with how my body held up and how I trusted it throughout the weekend (not counting that fucking pool). I went into almost every event extremely confident in what I could do and how I would perform. Happy to come away with a 4th place finish given the amazing women that were competing.
.
Was able to snag a top ten in every single event and even had two event wins! I took each event as it is and trusted myself to be able to recover in between.
.
I hit most of my goals and was not far off from the ones I missed. I learned that running after deadlifts and box jump overs is one of the worst things I have ever done in a competition. I had fun, I smiled through each event, I laughed all weekend, I got to see my friends kick some ass and show major grit.
.
Next up - ya know, a half marathon, a CrossFit competition, LT Games, Boston Hyrox a 30 hour trail race…the rest of the year is going to be FUN! by @kellysully21

A new standard has been set in the City of Brotherly Love. 👀

Congrats to Chelsie Grant, Amber Tait, Taylor Rae, and Kelly Sullivan for being the first-ever female 4-Person Team to finish with a sub-40 minute time, and setting a new world record in the division with their DEKA Mark of 39:06.

No matter the category, finishing under the 40 minute mark is proving to a big accomplishment no matter the category, and these women just joined this elite club.

Dual purpose post! Had a blast at @deka.fit Boston and excited for another fun filled weekend running in circles in Philly!

Boston recap: 4 races, 4 podiums 🥇🥇🥉🥉
Team with @joe_rucco - well that fucking hurt but what a race! Second overall is pretty awesome (the win at worlds will be even better!)
Ruck- goal was sub 40 and hang onto Joe as much as possible. Success with 38:59 and only 2 minutes off of him
Elite - haven’t raced Indy in a while. Had a great time chasing @workyourcassoff and seeing what my tired legs could do!
Team with @mcrowleyy - didn’t hit our goal but went out and gave it our all. Always a great time racing with you 🦈

4 more races this weekend and I can’t wait. Even better, I get to hangout with all of @underdog.fitness.gym next weekend for our LCQ. by @kellysully21

I’ve been putting this post off because I really cannot put how much this race meant to be into words but let’s try anyways.

Hyrox World Champs Mixed doubles with @joe_rucco . 56:06 - 27 second PR on the biggest stage. 7th in our age group, 1st American team in our age group, 5th American team overall.

Last year I came into World Champs absolutely terrified and while we did well, it showed in my performance. I went out way too hot and blew up right away. Spent the rest of the race in full survival mode and just happy to have gotten through it. I never wanted to feel like that again and committed to this year and this season to get myself to where I wanted to be. I came into this race so calm, confident, and so ready. I was so excited just to get out there and race and soaked every bit of it up. This World Championships as a whole is a weekend I will never forget.

Joe - as always, thank you for everything. Believing in me when I had zero belief in myself. Dealing with my stubbornness as I learned how to navigate mixed doubles. Pushing our limits when I thought you were joking but then we did it and now I believe it (sub 60, 58, 56, 55 is right there!). Grunting through each race. The discipline you have and never ending work you put into everything is incredible and just makes me want to continue to work harder.

AJ @alexandergolikk - I can honestly say there’s no way I would be here without you. You have literally kept me on track to become faster and stronger and to keep up with the physical demand of these races. You have listened to all my rants and brain dumps and have become my safe space for so much. Thank you also for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself and pushing me past limits I didn’t even know I was capable of.

The @underdog.fitness.gym team - getting to see all you race and hearing you all cheer us on meant so much!

This WC experience meant so much and gets me so excited for the rest of the year and getting ready for next season. Switching to DEKA for a bit while continuing to train and prepare for Boston. Big things on the horizon friends. by @kellysully21

@hyroxworld Race #1 Women’s Doubles with @krissyk98 - 1:06:24. 214 of 689 teams and 24th overall in our age group.

To be honest I went into this race extremely nervous. This race meant so much to me. Both Krissy and I have gone through some personal shit this past year+ and I just wanted the best for both of us. It turned out way better than I could’ve imagined.

Krissy - thank you for trusting me with planning out our race and giving it your all. You are a hell of a partner and a racer. You have so much more fire in you and I cannot wait to see what you accomplish this next season. I also now know that you can take on way more lunges since I look like death and you look totally fine posing for the camera 😂😂.

Racing in Sweden in this arena was an experience I’ll never forget. Getting to race multiple times with my friends and cheer on other friends and teammates was so incredible. I’ve watched our finish video multiple times every single day just to relive that moment.

Still haven’t fully processed both NYC Hyrox weekends. It was a wild ride. 7 races over two weekends with a full week of work trips in between and two more after just made for a really busy, hectic, awesome time. I ran in a lot of circles, had so much fun with friends, gained a new level of confidence in this crazy sport, and left the weekends with a full heart, tired body, and so pumped for WC next week.

Weekend 1:
@joe_rucco and I Mixed Doubles - 57:04 🥉35-39, 8th overall
Rucco Adopted Family Mixed Relay (Joe, @lindsay_rose04 @alexandergolikk and I) - 1:01:19 6th U40
@workyourcassoff and I Women’s Pro Doubles Debut - 1:00:31 🥇35-39, 🥈Overall

Weekend 2:
Joe and I Mixed Doubles Part ✌🏻- 57:17 🥇35-39, 🥇 overall (9th overall for both weekends)
Pro Solo - 1:14:10 - a nice Pr, had the honor of the same exact time as @alshabes, 6th 35-39, 14th overall
Women’s Relay (with @hybridab @alannamo and @melinden_tv ) - 1:05:16 🥈U40, 🥈 Overall
@jdelorie and I Mixed Doubles - 1:02:36 🥈 40-44, 21st Overall

Best part of the weekend besides all that - my brother and sister in law getting to see me do something I absolutely love to do! Having them there watching me in my element ended the weekend on the best possible note

Joe - a year ago I thought I was done with all this and then Friday night lights happened. Now you’re stuck with me for the indefinite race future. Can’t wait to race in Sweden.
Joe, Linds, AJ - family relays are the best relays. Had the best time with you guys!
Sahn - holy shit what a debut race. Boston isn’t even gonna know what hit them when we race again! E15 or bust!
Abby, Llams, Melissa - what a race. Way to trust each other, execute, and get on that podium!
Jim - this race meant so much. Cannot wait to see where Hyrox takes you. Sub60 next time?
