You never know! 😆☺️
.
.
I remember doing this interview back in July and being hesitant to say I was trying out for bobsleigh. Because what if it didn’t work out…but, you NEVER KNOW! 🤩
And who cares what people think, be bold, be brave, and dream big.
Lessons I have learned over the years! 🤓 #wisdom

I like to think that my cheering adds at least 5 watts 😉📣
.
.
Another @rbctrainingground final complete and I can’t even put into words how much this event means to me. Cheering on athletes who are putting themselves out there, pushing themselves to the absolute max, and doing it with smiles on their faces. 😆🤍
.
.
THIS is sport and THIS is what it’s all about.
.
Thank you to @rbc , thank you to the staff, and thank you to all the athletes who saw an opportunity and took it. Excited to follow your journeys and see what’s next for you all! 🙌🇨🇦

Big win for the girl today ✅😆
.
.
For someone who has been humbled by body weight exercises for the majority of summer…finally pushing some big girl weights with the left leg, feels pretty good. 😊
.
Celebrate ALL the wins!!!
