Think about the best sex you’ve ever had.

Now notice which part you remember.

It almost never is the climax.
It’s a whole bunch of other stuff.

What we’re there for is connection.
Pleasure, with ourselves and with another person.
That oneness moment where time stops.

That’s it.

From my conversation with Michael Chernow on Kreatures of Habit.

So, what exactly is Paramount Love? ❤️

Founded by Kelsey Kitsch, Paramount Love was created as a space for women, and those who love them, to explore love, desire, intimacy, connection, and what it means to feel fully alive in your relationships.

Kelsey brings together her work as a somatic sex coach, Kinsey Institute Intensive graduate, global speaker, entrepreneur, and mother of three to create conversations and experiences that are honest, grounded, and deeply human.

From The Oneness Experience to our weekly newsletter and The Coherence Map, everything we create is designed to help you see yourself, your relationships, and your desires a little more clearly.

Swipe to meet Kelsey, get to know Paramount Love, and discover the different ways you can work with us. 🔑

Where does your love story start?

Most love stories disappear with the people who lived them. Modern love lives on a phone, and when we go, the messages that held the whole story go with it.

So we’re planting 1,667 peonies at the Kitsch Estate in Kelowna, and beneath each one, a love story. Yours can be anonymous. Peonies can live for more than 100 years, and you’ll be able to come visit yours.

Any love story counts. The one that started on a dating app last year. The one that lasted decades. The friendship that carried you through.

The full story is in this week’s newsletter. Link in bio.

A girl cries at school and a crowd of friends follows her to the bathroom.
A boy cries and everyone leaves him alone.

Justin taught high school for 30 years.
He watched it happen again and again.

Boys learn to keep it in.
Plenty of men in their 50s still do.

It doesn’t disappear.
It comes out somewhere else.

The man across from you on a first date may never have been taught to say what he feels.
That is not a red flag on its own.
It is information.

“Some of our friends kiss us, and that’s totally cool, because that’s where our line is.”

Sid would tell you he is not a jealous person.
Early on, he nearly became one.

”Holy shit, you’re about to become one.”

At one point they spent eight months apart, in different parts of the world.
They talked about opening the relationship.
They decided it was not for them.

Not because of a rule someone handed them.
Because they asked the question out loud and listened to the answer.

Every couple has a line.
Most never say where theirs is.

”I want to be yours. I would like you to be mine.”

Every week I write about the parts of desire nobody told us. Liberation Letters → link in bio. 💌

She runs everything.
So does he.

Two people in the driver’s seat butt heads.
He’ll tell you it can get ugly.

Then something tilts.
She softens.
He steps in.

That is the moment he finds her unbelievably attractive.

Capable women are told to choose between running things and being wanted.
You don’t have to choose.
You just have to let it tilt, now and then.

A little dating advice for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. 🤍

Take your time. Be patient with yourself. Give relationships the space to unfold, and don’t be afraid if things don’t work out.

You can be afraid and still have the courage to put yourself out there. And if you fall? Pick yourself back up and keep going.

Because finding love isn’t about avoiding heartbreak. It’s about having the courage to keep your heart open.

✨ Join Kelsey LIVE on Wednesday, October 21 at 7 PM ET for a free 30-minute dating Q&A, where she’ll share the #1 strategy from her Dating Sprint.

Intimacy is one of the most vulnerable experiences we can share.

It requires trust, safety, and a willingness to let someone get close. And sometimes, that vulnerability can bring up more than we expect.

We explore topics like this and more around intimacy, desire, and relationships in our Liberation Letters newsletter.

Sid lost his brother in a plane crash.

He gave Ellie an out.
They’d had a summer of love.
She did not have to stay for what came next.

_”There’s no other place I’d rather be.”_

So she saw the depths of it.
For years.

When he had footing underneath him again, she went to work on herself.
They had time apart.

When they came back together, he could offer more of himself.
And she could accept more of him.

Being loved is one thing.
Being seen at your lowest and loved anyway is another.

_”And she still loves you through all of that.”_
