One of my favorite things about working with agents is providing information that helps them feel more confident when chatting with clients and writing offers. Do they need to know every answer to every question? Nah - they know I’m just a phone call away 🤗 But I do think it is a huge confidence builder to know answers to questions like:

•How much can I ask for in seller concessions?
•What’s the minimum down payment requirement if I want to owner occupy a 4-unit property?
•What is the only loan type currently affected by the government shutdown?

This week at the Gillen Group Monthly Team Meeting, we played Gift Card Trivia. I asked the questions, winning answers got a gift card, and we ALL walked away with more knowledge in our pockets.
