Down payment assistance sounds like free money… but is it really? 👀🏡

Some programs are forgiven over time. Others may need to be repaid, come with a higher interest rate, or increase your monthly mortgage payment.

That doesn’t make down payment assistance bad—it means you need to understand the real cost before choosing a program. 💪💪💪

This weekend we had our annual client appreciation party. 🎉 Thank you everyone that was able to attend. If you missed it, there’s always next year!

Also, a huge thank you to our sponsors: @kelsloans , @nw.fidelity.title , and @samweddle . We couldn’t have done it without you.

If 2026 is your year to buy or sell send me a DM. If you know of anyone that could use my help, I’d be happy to reach out to them, or give them my information

I ADORE THESE WOMEN. 🩷 My favorite part of my weekend in Atlanta were the moments and stories shared with some the best women in the business - some of the most inspiring women I've met. I'm so thankful to be teamed up with them!! I'm so thankful for new besties and soul sisters!! 🩷 We are overcomers. We are testimonies. We are shining stars! ✨️

The Fed is likely holding steady, bond markets have calmed, and unless we get a surprise in the data, mortgage rates should stay relatively stable in the near term.

Shoutout to All-Star Loan Officer @kelsloans for the insight!

📆 FED will hold their next meeting March 17th-18th

Our 2025 Mega Client Party is in the books. This was the first year I was able to bring my daughter. It was the greatest getting to introduce Georgia to my clients. She even drew the winner of our grand prize, a trip to Siesta Key Florida!
