Maybe I should reintroduce myself. I've been having a hard time figuring out what to do with this page since December.

Some of y’all have been following me for 10+ years, which means you’ve known several versions of me. And if I’m being real, the woman I am today isn’t even the same woman I was three months ago.

So If you're new here heeyyy 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾

I’m Kelyne Noèl (KK to a lot of people).

I’m a public health professional, researcher, program manager, entrepreneur, community builder, wife, friend, daughter, and a woman who is still becoming.

Professionally, I live somewhere at the intersection of science, people, systems, and impact. My background is in microbiology and public health, and much of my work has centered on taking complicated ideas, bringing the right people together, and figuring out how we actually turn them into something useful.

But my life has never fit neatly inside my job title.

I build things. I organize things. I ask WAY too many questions. 😂 I care deeply about Africa, underserved communities, health equity, behavior change, and creating opportunities that actually reach the people they were supposedly designed for.

And lately, I’ve been learning a lot about what it means to build a life that belongs to me rather than one that looks good, makes sense, or meets everyone else’s expectations.

So this page is probably going to look a little different too.

There will be foolishness. 🤣 Cuz it wouldn't be me otherwise.

But also public health. Food. Travel. Community. Things I’m building. Things I’m questioning. Things I’m learning. And probably a few opinions nobody asked for.

If you’ve been here for years, thank you for growing with me.

And if you’re new here—

Hi. I’m KK.

Thank you for being here ... Tighten your seat belt 🤣 by @kelynenoel

Honestly? Fair!

You don’t have to become anybody’s biggest fan.

START WITH THIS;

⚡ Go to vote411.org

⚡ What would you like to be easier in your everyday life: Paying rent? Finding a decent job? Affording gas, food and other essentials?

⚡ Then look at whose plans and track record come closest to what matters to you.

You can disagree with someone on some things and still choose them for the job.

And you don’t have to go to the polls alone! @influencenc is bringing the Party to the Polls to campuses across NC. Check their page for participating universities and event details. Bring a friend and make it a plan. 🗳️🎉

EARLY VOTING STARTS TODAY!!!!

Amendment 1 on your NC 2026 ballot is about photo ID, and
Here's what it does in plain English:

North Carolina already requires a photo ID to vote. If you vote by mail, you send a photocopy of your ID or an ID Exception Form with your ballot. This amendment would put that rule into the state constitution for every kind of voting, including mail, so it would take another amendment and a statewide vote to change it.

KNOW B4 YOU GO:
🗳️ Early voting in Wake County: Oct 15–31
🗳️ Not registered? You can register and vote in the same visit during early voting with proof of where you live
🗳️ No photo ID? Your county board of elections can issue a free voter ID
🗳️ See which IDs count: ncsbe.gov/voting/voter-id

Full Wake County voter guide in my bio. Do you or someone you know vote by mail? Send this to them.

Come with me to visit @elevationchurch for the first time!
Guys.. This is officially my first vlog 👀👀 all these years I would start and never finish! 🤣🤣

Today's sermon was on 1 Philippians CH 1 12-14 on how we tend to avoid and run from pain because we're afraid/uncertain of what's going to be on the other side of the pain. Paul talked about how he's grateful for his circumstances (his umpteenth time being put in jail for preaching about Jesus) because the outcome is more people believing in the Gospel and turning to Christ.

PAIN PRODUCES

God uses pain to produce something in us we CANNOT produce by ourselves.

Imagine getting to heaven and God plays the movie of the life you COULD have lived! But you never did because you quit too soon, allowed life to get in the way

⚡The only thing harder than obedience is REGRET
⚡All things are on the other side of perseverance: continues effort to do or achieve despite difficulty, failure, or opposition
⚡PUSH PAST THE PAIN: Pain is part of the human experience
⚡God cares about your pain. God doesn't cause all pain, but we should learn from it all and count it all as JOY!
⚡Praise In your pain: don't allow you PAIN to stop your PRAISE

Let me know if you want more of these. I've been calling @cdulasi every Sunday after church to debrief and it's been amazing! taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @kelynenoel
