Thanks for all the birthday love y’all!
It’s so cool to me how many of us still value birthdays enough to call, text or write a post to a friend just to wish them a happy birthday.

We had an intentional sabbatical this summer. We needed the rest. 10/10. I highly recommend.

This is us. unfiltered. 29 years in.

We both have changed a lot in 29 years into this marriage union and I don’t just mean the obvious things like how we’re both a little grayer and I’m a little fluffier.

Thankfully, life has changed us in ways that have only made us more committed to each other.

We’ve weathered financial storms, raised three unique humans while living a million different lives through our work.

Look at us! We’re still here. Still growing. Still holding on to each other.

The late night pillow talks, being honest and vulnerable about our fears and disappointments with life, the sharing of ideas, hopes and dreams and fervent prayers for anyone and anything is how we’ve remained connected and still in love.

It’s all grace, isn’t it?

Because marriage is indeed a mystery.
It’s a mystery how two people whose life experiences have shaped them in unique ways can travel through life fully supportive of each other while building a life that wouldn’t have existed had their union never happened.

I’ll never fully understand the mystery of how and why it has worked so well for us, even though we started so young.
I’m simply forever grateful that the 21 year old version of me knew I needed you.

They did it again!
Jonathan’s 4x100m relay team broke the school record again at the Division II State Championship Track & Field Meet.

More than 40 athletes from his school qualified to compete and seven school records were broken over the two-day event.

The boys team earned a historic 2nd place finish, bringing home the first state trophy in program history, while the girls team placed an impressive 6th overall. We are so proud of them all!

Overwhelming gratitude is all I felt as I worshipped the Lord in the church service today. His love and faithfulness overwhelm me sometimes.

I have no greater joy and no higher aspiration than to see my children walking in the truth. It is my honor to co-labor with the Lord and their father, my husband @danieldtillman to guide and love them on this life journey.

Days like today, make the sometimes complicated feelings of motherhood worth it.

I’m graced for this.
They and the generations after them are the beneficiaries of God’s faithfulness in my life whether they fully understand and realize it now or not.

His senior year of high school has gone by so fast… I braced myself for this. But it’s still hard to accept that his finals are less than 2 weeks away and the week after that is graduation.

He has been a joy to raise and it’s been a delight to watch him shine in his own special way on the track these last 2 years.

You never know where life will take you.

It was a joy to leave AZ for the weekend and cheer on our son and his team at the #arcadiainvitational2026 in Arcadia CA.
