Join FAMU CAB ’28 × ASU CAB ’28 for Threaded Together, a collaborative clothing drive rooted in service and community! 🧡💚💙💛

We’re kicking off the school year the right way, TOGETHER and through SERVICE. Help us give back to our local communities by donating new or gently used clothing to support those in need.

📅 August 28–30, 2026
⏰ 12:30–2:30 PM
📍 FAMU: The Quad
📍 ASU: C.W. Grant Student Union

Clean out those closets, bring your donations, and help two HBCUs make ONE collective impact. Be sure to follow your Class of 2028 Presidents and Vice Presidents for updates throughout the donation dates!

Two schools. One purpose. Threaded Together. 🐍🐏

She’s Well 2026 is almost here, and this year we’re closing out Season 3 by having a conversation about The Cost of the Boss—the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual toll that can come with building a life you’re proud of.

For so many women, success looks beautiful on the outside. But behind the degrees, businesses, ministries, marriages, motherhood, and responsibilities are real people carrying stress, grief, pressure, burnout, self-doubt, and the weight of expectations. And this year, we’ll be talking about alll of that.

I’m so honored to sit beside women who embody this:

🩺 Dr. Shairi Turner, Chief Health Officer at Crisis Text Line, whose work has helped shape national conversations around mental health, crisis care, resilience, and trauma-informed support @doctorshairi

👑 Amberly Williams, public health leader, strategist, and the 110th Miss FAMU, who understands the realities of leadership, service, and showing up for others while maintaining your own wellness. itsamberlyyyy

💜 Vickia Rosier, nurse, mentor, and founder of Cultivating Queens Tallahassee, who has dedicated her life to helping women prioritize their health, healing, and personal growth. @missvickia

✨ Kenedi Lowe, student-athlete, dancer, campus leader, and world traveler, who represents a generation of young women navigating transitions, identity, achievement, faith, and wellness in real time. @kenedionpointe

We will also be joined by The Life Well families’ favorite content creator, Dedra Dishman honeydee_, as our main host for the afternoon. We’ll laugh, we may cry, and we’ll definitely leave with practical tools, encouragement, and the reminder that taking care of yourself is not a reward for hard work, it’s a requirement for sustainable success.

Come be a part of this moment. Bring your heart, bring your questions, and bring your girls!

🗓️ Saturday, June 27
📍 FAMU Grand Ballroom
⏰ 12:00 PM
🎟️ Tickets are on Eventbrite (link in @thelifewellco bio)
