getting stronger is kind of the whole damn point by @kennashiry

sunday scaries but make it fun🌞

I have a bad habit of feeling like every free day needs to be productive, but sometimes a sunday well spent is coffee & a croissant, a few hours at the beach, seeing people you love, eating a really good sandwich, finally folding the mountain of laundry on your floor, catching the sunset & spending entirely too many hours editing this reel :-)

if I was really on it I would make my TFR routine for tomorrow, but we will wake up at 5am and do that bc im #psycho and apparently get things done better under pressure/a time crunch

have the best week, family🤍

heaterrrrrr🌶️

the ball might be my new favorite prop! I like to think about keeping constant pressure into the ball, whether its between the palms, legs, or pressing into another surface. this helps fire up the core, recruits more muscles + adds an extra challenge to even the simplest movements!

PS I love teaching so much & truly enjoy making these weekly recaps! thanks for letting me share what I love + cheering me on🤍

MOVES I TAUGHT LAST WEEK ⭐️

better late than never ;)

one of my favorite moves is the goddess squat. my favorite cues:
• feet wider than hip-width
• toes turned out
• press into the outer edges of your feet
• externally rotate from the hips
• slight tuck of the tailbone
• knit the upper ribs in
• lengthen through the spine and move as though you’re sliding down a wall, rather than sticking out your booty and dropping your chest forward

which section was your favorite? save this one for your next workout🩵

MOVES I TAUGHT THIS WEEK⭐️

didn’t record on my regular thursday after class & thought this week might be a wash based on how I was feeling mentally. BUT against all odds, we pulled through & did a post-beach shimmy shake sculpt!

save this for later, love y’all so much & i’ll see you back next week🩵
