#hellweek2026 class #4 was a unique and hard template. It was also #gimmiedatshirt day for me.

Yes my soul left after 20 minutes and went to the McDonald’s across the parking lot 😂😂🪦💀

The last two photos sum up everything I’m feeling right now lol!

Great job everyone 💪🏾

Today’s edition of #hellweek2026 was a special version of “Let the Bodies Hit the floor” with a bunch of pushups and in my best Samuel L Jackson voice “🤬🤬🤬burpees”

Thank goodness this was a switch template as a full floor block would have been criminally brutal. 🪦💀

1 more class needed for my shirt 💪🏾😎

Hell Week class #2 was pure hell for all of us.
Coach Ian said it best for all of us : “My soul left” 💀😂

I tried out the Apple Connect and it’s pretty solid. Definitely gotta get used to having active calories burned instead of active and resting. Those days of 900 calories burned are over, it’s fine.

2 more classes to #gimmiedatshirt

Day 1 of #hellweek2026 was a pure all out arse kicking! The surges on the treadmill, the rowing was pure 💀🪦 Souls definitely left all of us 😂

Bonus was getting to do a class with my Day 1 and first OTF friend Steph💪🏾🧡🔥 by @kennyclax

8th Anniversary the one in which you know you got the right one when you unknowingly give each other the same card 😂😂😂

Love you Dorky Princess 👸

There was not a PR on the 500m row benchmark for me and Abbie, but our souls left us at about the same time 🪦💀

Coach Alicia did get a PR but successfully guessing the name of the Bears opponent yesterday 😂😂😂😂
Shoutout to Coach Stanley for being so chill💀😂

How does a native Chicagoan console themselves after an absolutely terrible sports week?

With the new Oreo cake from @portilloshotdogs

The verdict, really great, very rich 🤑
