Small details can make a big difference in your little one's bedroom.

A bespoke headboard is a wonderful way to introduce colour, pattern and personality - without having to redesign the entire room.

From playful prints to timeless checks and beautiful textures, choosing a fabric that reflects your child’s personality can make their space feel truly their own.

And as their tastes change, carefully chosen details can be updated around them.

A room designed for living, relaxing and entertaining.

For this project, we wanted to create a space that felt bright and airy while still being warm and inviting. Plenty of comfortable seating makes this a room that can work beautifully for both quiet evenings and entertaining guests.

Thoughtful furniture placement, carefully chosen fabrics and a light, fresh palette bring the whole space together.

A bespoke bench cushion is the perfect way to introduce colour and pattern to a space. For this design, we chose a beautiful pink ikat fabric from @ninacampbellltd , finished with a contrasting blue piping for a playful pop of colour from @warwickfabricsuk

From fabric selection, to the finishing touches, we can create bespoke pieces designed specifically for your home.

Privacy without compromising on style.

Privacy doesn't have to mean sacrificing natural light.

Transparent roller blinds are a practical and understated way to create privacy while still allowing daylight to filter beautifully into your room. They can be used alongside curtains to give you greater flexibility throughout the day.

Kensington Design are here to help you with choosing the right window dressing for your home, ensuring that the window works both beautifully and practically for your space.

Contact us with your enquiries.

There’s something special about introducing an antique piece into a carefully designed interior.

An antique bedside table can add history, character and individuality to a room - creating a sense that the space has evolved over time rather than being designed all at once.

We love mixing old and new. The contrast brings depth and personality to an interior, while those unique details are often what make a room truly memorable.

A little glimpse into this month’s inspiration - a considered mix of colour, pattern, texture and beautiful fabrics.

Moodboards are an important part of our design process. They allow us to bring together the individual elements of a scheme and see how colours, textures and patterns work alongside one another before the transformation begins.

Which element would you choose for your home?

Room Highlight from our Project No. 16

We love the character that carefully chosen upholstery can bring to a space. This upholstered chair, finished with a beautiful tassel-trimmed cushion, sits perfectly alongside the warm reds and oranges of this charming holiday let.

With twin beds, upholstered headboards and layers of warm textiles, the room feels welcoming, comfortable and considered.
