Even though it’s back to school, we’re still holding onto that summer spirit with the London sun shining through. ☀️

When creating this fun video, we wanted to celebrate our perfect imperfections 💛the real, unfiltered moments that make motherhood what it is. As mums, we’re all doing our best, and truly, our best is what matters.

So tomorrow at the school gate, if you see a mum standing on her own, go over and say hello. That tiny act of kindness can blossom into a lifelong friendship 💕 take my word for it.

It really does take a village to be a mum 💛

At Kensington Mums, we believe mental health is not a luxury — it’s a lifeline.

We attended this immersive experience which embodies exactly that. This sound healing session was held in warm, weightless water, the session blends floating rest, therapeutic sound, and gentle breath guidance to create a sanctuary for overwhelmed minds.

At Kensington Mums, we stand united to ensure that no woman walks alone on the incredible journey of motherhood. Together, we weave a tapestry of strength, support, and guidance, turning every step into a shared triumph.

Motherhood was never meant to be a solo journey. Some days we’re thriving, some days we’re surviving — and that’s exactly why our village matters. The shared smiles, the honest chats, the ‘you’ve got this’ moments… they hold us together more than we realise.

Here’s to the mums who show up, the friends who step in, and the community that makes the load lighter.

Having a weird mum builds character ❤️and honestly, that’s the best gift we give our children.

At Kensington Mums, we celebrate the mums who sing too loudly, laugh too hard, dance in the kitchen, forget where they put their coffee, and love their little ones in beautifully imperfect ways.
Because our quirks teach our children to be confident, kind, and wonderfully themselves.

Here’s to the weird, the wonderful, and the wildly loving mums, you are raising magic ✨
