✨ Meet the Founder: Kenya ✨

Hi, I’m Kenya — healer, therapist, mother, advocate, and co-founder of GEM Wellness Collective.

I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully seen, heard, and valued. My work is rooted in the understanding that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—it honors the mind, body, spirit, and the unique lived experiences that shape who we are.

While grounded in evidence-based therapy, I also thoughtfully incorporate spirituality, intuitive reflection, and astrological insight for clients who feel called to those practices. Together, we create space to deepen self-awareness, reconnect with your authentic self, and move toward healing in a way that feels aligned and meaningful to you.

Outside of my work, you’ll find me dancing to my favorite playlists, spending time with loved ones, reading a good book, and engaging in my daily yoga and mindfulness practices.

I’m honored to help build a practice rooted in connection, community, liberation, and healing.

💚 Gracefully Evolving & Mending
