🌿 Friday Thoughts | GEM Wellness Collective

Healing isn’t just about recognizing patterns. It’s about making intentional choices to change them.

Growth isn’t always comfortable, but it begins with awareness and continues through action.

💭 Friday Reflection: What are you becoming more intentional about in your healing journey?

Wellness looks different for everybody… sometimes it looks like deep conversations, good friends, a little self-care, and remembering to enjoy the life you’re creating. ✨

We’re not just gracefully evolving & mending—we’re doing it together. 💎 @theeprototype_ love you in a way that heals our souls! ♾️

You’re Not Too Much.

Is it possible that they just didn’t have the capacity? The emotional bandwidth? The willingness? Or maybe they simply weren’t for you?

Is it possible that the parts of you you’ve learned to call “extra” are exactly what someone else needs? That your fullness could be healing? Important? Needed somewhere?

Maybe you’re not “too much.”

Maybe you’ve been selling yourself short.

Shrinking. Editing. Softening. Making yourself easier to digest for people who were never meant to hold the fullness of you.

I double dog dare you to be YOU. Fully.

Take up the space. Bring the extra. Love how you love. Laugh how you laugh. Care how you care.

Try it.

I promise it’s worth it. 🤎

Healing doesn’t always look like doing more.

Sometimes it looks like just slowing down.

Here’s your reminder to make space for the little moments that refill you. 🤎✨

What helped you slow down this weekend?
