Few people could ‘fill a page’ with reasons why they love working with their boss, but Makenzie Anderson's relationship with beauty visionary @isamayaffrench transcends most. “She’s such a cheerleader for the people in her life," she tells us. After nine years working at @meccabeauty, starting on the shop floor and climbing the ranks to the team's Digital and Social Lead, Makenzie packed her bags for London to work as @isamayabeauty's Head of Social and Content. Now, she's dipping her toe in the design space, helping build Isamaya's @studioiron_. To read more about her ascent, head to the link in bio. by @kenziee_______

Sharing a few of my favourite recent campaigns as I reflect on a beautiful chapter at MECCA. Eight years filled with so many fabulous memories and the kind of people you don’t forget.

Now, it’s time for my next adventure across the world with @IsamayaBeauty and I couldn’t be more excited. 🖤 by @kenziee_______
