🥵🔥 BAKERSFIELD IS BRINGING THE HEAT… BUT KC THE BULL HAS A PLAN. 🤠🎡☀️

Heat advisory? No problem. Here’s how to beat the heat while you enjoy the fair:

❄️ Hit the AC — cool down inside our exhibit & shopping buildings
🧡 Find a Cool Zone — sponsored by @dignityhealthbakersfield + @kerncountypublicworks
🌳 Take a shade break — relax in one of our many shaded picnic areas.

💦 Hydrate. Take breaks. Stay cool. Then get back to the fun! 😎

🎟️ (BONUS TIP)Grab your tickets online and skip the wait at the box office.

Feed the Need was a huge success! 🧡

Thanks to our incredible community, we collected a total of 23,313 pounds of food for neighbors in need across Kern County.

Each year, the Feed the Need Food Drive at the Kern County Fair brings neighbors together for a great cause. Guests brought six canned food items per person in exchange for free admission to the fair for the evening, and their generosity truly showed. Every can donated will help provide nutritious meals to families who need them most.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, to our amazing volunteers who gave their time to collect and sort each donation, and to the Kern County Fair for being such a wonderful partner. We are so grateful to be part of a community that shows up for one another.

Together, we’re fighting hunger one can at a time🥫
