🔥Speech 2026🔥

When I joined speech 4 years ago, I didn’t think I would care this much about it. Now, with it coming to an end, I can say this is the hardest goodbye I’ve had to do in a long time. Speech has made me grow as a person, and I couldn’t imagine who I would be without it. Although I wouldn’t want to think about it, speech has made me grow as a speaker and a person. It taught me things I didn’t know I needed. It taught me to branch out and embrace the side that I didn’t know I had. Speech has been my favorite activity that has helped me find who I wanted to be. It has given me memories and friends that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

To all the people that have made speech perfect, I thank you. There are too many of you to list, but if you’re reading this, then you’re one of them. You guys have made speech more than an activity. You made a place where memories and friends can be made. Ben, especially, you have made all 4 years better than I could ever ask for. What I would give to go back and do our freshman year speech one more time. The OID boys, I will never forget some of the memories we have created. We have been through it all, and I couldn’t imagine it with another group of boys. Lastly, Mr. Sales, you have been one of my biggest role models. Without you, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. So I thank you for making me a better person. To everyone, thank you for everything. Whether it be my parents, the fan club, Harper, my team, Pierce, Wyatt, Austin or the dozens of friends I made along the way, I owe you everything. You guys deserve the world.

Speech will always mean the world to me. I focused too much on results. I always wanted more and more. I was never happy with myself. Now that it’s over, I can say I’m happy with myself, a feeling that doesn’t come easy. Duet, OID, and Entertainment will have a special place in my heart. Coming home with 3x state medals is an honor. Cheers to a perfect career, one with dozens of memories, medals, and friends. The Great Gatsby-One Act 2025

To say I’m proud of this cast and crew is an understatement. We all knew how much work we would to put in this year. In the end it turned out amazing. Not only did we make it to state for the second time ever. We got 3rd at state which makes us the best one act to go through Freeman. I am so proud of what we did this year.

4 years in One Act and Ive enjoyed every moment. From making the set this year and being a stage manager to be a Freshman not knowing what was going on. This is one of the hardest goodbyes I will have to do. I’m so thankful though that out of every year this is my last. Playing the role of Wilson was an honor that I didn’t know I wanted. I never have acted serious so to get this role and thrive in it meant a lot. Still disappointed I didn’t get to wear a suit.

Thank you to everyone these last four years that have taught me a lot. Helped me realize how much I love acting. Thank you dad for making the set although being a stage manager is stressful. Thank you seniors and cast for the memories. Lastly thank you coaches especially Mr. Sales. You have meant the world to me.

Man was that a season.

We came into the season moving up a class. Not knowing what to expect we put double the effort in this year. Well hell did it pay off. Not only was I again triple entered at state for the second year. But I got my first state medal and it was GOLD. I’m so proud of my OID for winning State. Thank you to all teammates, my OID members, Chris Farley (Ben), my dad for inspiring such a funny ent, and to the coaches. Oh ya and shoutout to the fan club. Iykyk.

Well that was a season. We set the goal to be the first freeman one act to get a plaque at district. Not only did we do that but we WON and made it state. Being the first cast in freeman history to make state. Thank you to all the cast, Mr. Sales and all the directors, and everyone who support us for putting in work and having a positive attitude all season. Being Clopin was a honor. Although im still 0-3 on costumes. I will be back. Thanks mom for all the pictures. taken in Norfolk, Nebraska by @keston_krup

When I signed up for being triple entered at the beginning of this year I never thought I would be triple entered at state. But here we are with my sophomore season coming to an end. This was amazing season. Thanks to my duet partner, OID partners, and all the energy drinks I have through out the season.
