This weekend was a reminder of why I love this industry. Being part of the Tacotlan team for The Taste of Chicago this year was such a rewarding experience. Watching @lachingonadelabirria & @__alex0x and seeing everything the team has built over the years is inspiring. The booth looked INCREDIBLE, the lines never seemed to stop as it hit the weekend, and the amount of love people showed for Tacotlan was well deserved. It takes a village to make weekends like this happen, and I’m grateful to be one small part of it. Congratulations to Jessica, Alex, and the entire Tacotlan family. Here’s to everything that’s still to come. Chicago, thank you for showing up. See you next year. 🌮❤️ #tasteofchicago #supportsmallbusiness #chicagoeats #tacotlan #festivalfood by @kevinminaj
