I made a decision last year to do something I had never done before - to grow in an area that’s been a weakness my whole life... Long-distance running.

I was a sprinter in my teens and I’ve been a gym bro since my early 20s. But I picked up running to challenge myself, grow holistically and improve my heart health.

It started with a tough 0.67 km run that had me questioning life. Real quick, I realized I had a lot of work to do but if I took it in bite-sized pieces, I’d get better.

I worked my way up to running a 5K at Brampton’s Don Dash @dondoandash in September of 2025 and fast forward to last Sunday, I completed a 10K at the Mississauga Marathon @mississaugamarathon This journey has taught me so much about myself, about life and about my faith.

(Shoutout to my road dog Sie Sie for journeying with me and to Jah for jumping in on one week’s notice and crushing it.)

This year, I’ll be attempting a half marathon at the TCS Marathon @towaterfront42k Follow along as I continue working to become a better version of myself.

Cheers to growth and a summer filled with running, lifting and golf. 2026… here we come. Stronger than the runners and faster than the lifters. #Hybrid

After years off the IG grid, I'm back with a post that was worth the wait!

I figured the world deserved to see this level of awesomeness again.

The one you've all been asking about, wondering about, and missing from your feed, my Queen! I've chronicled some photos from the archives from 2021 till now that we've both taken as yesterday, we celebrated a milestone 35 years of her life, beauty, strength, and grace.

She’s been holding it down as an incredible wife, a phenomenal mom, and a faithful servant of God all without needing the spotlight but today we give her flowers. 🌹🌹🌹

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who reached to me yesterday, those still reaching out to wish me well, the birthday greetings, those praying for me, supporting me, celebrating me and all the fun stuff in between as i celebrated not just another birthday but arriving at the BIG 3-0.

I'm firstly thankful to God for taking me this far and I've said this privately to a few persons but I'm also so thankful for the people who surround me in my inner and outter circle. I am partly who i am today because of you.

Ps. I think it's going to be a clean 30, my dirty years are behind me lol.

🖐️🖐️🖐️ Your boy is still here.... Adulting. Life can get hard but God is always good. Life can be a blessing but obedience leads to eternal pleasure over these temporary ones.

Just had important conversations this week, one earlier in the week and another today about setting up our offspring to be removed from the 'generational' poverty mindset that exist within the black community.

We highlighted the importance of educating ourselves and being financially literate. Being able to not just make a decent salary and save but: - RSP
- TFS
- Stock Investment
- Foreign Exchange Investment
- Life Insurance
- Property Investment and more.

Let's make decisions and not always wait for decisions to be made for us. At the same time balancing the above to not allow a love for these but see them as tools and resources of empowerment to change our generation and impact the next while reflect the God in us. Last week Saturday we celebrated Levi's 2nd Birthday.

It has truly been a great honor to father this young seed. He is a huge joy and I take my role in his life very seriously. Being Intentional and Purposeful as we steer his energized mind and body down the right path.

Thanks to everyone who extended well wishes etc. and thanks to our village as we raise this extraordinary son of ours.
