Playing catch in the office? Normally a hazard... unless Kevin and Gabe are in charge! 🏈💡

Thanks for having us, Crye-Leike team! Always a blast learning together. 🙌

If you caught the ball, what’s the ONE mortgage question you’d hope was under your thumb? 👇

POV: we’re filming a reel at the office and you walked in unannounced…

Were we prepared? No.
Did we look professional? Also, no.
Do we promise we know what we’re doing? Absolutely. 😂

Game-changer for first-time buyers! 🔑✨

We spent some time learning from Juanita Hamilton with the THDA, and the takeaway is huge: eligible first-time home buyers can secure up to $25,000 (or 5%) toward new construction home purchases.

Special thanks to Regency Realty @regency.realty & Regency Homebuilders @regencyhomes for hosting such an insightful session. If you’ve been thinking about buying your first home, now is the time to look into these programs! Send us a DM if you want details on how to get started.

If you’re not failing, you’re not trying… right? 😅 That box definitely won round one, but I’m back in the gym to claim the title. 🔥

No single-track mind here. Switching up the routine, pushing through every set, and constantly raising the bar. Strength isn't about how old you are; it's about how hard you're willing to train. 🏋️‍♂️

Who else is getting after their goals today? Drop a 💪 in the comments!
