Original production genga set of Vegeta’s atonement from Episode: 237 “Final Atonement/
愛あいする者もののために... ベジータ散ちる!!“

There are grails in the hobby and then there are pieces that belong in a museum. To finally own this set after hunting for it since I started collecting (12 years ago) is a collectors dream come true.

We witness for the first time Vegeta doing a selfless act for those that he cares about despite knowing he will not see Goku in the afterlife. This was a monumental moment in the series not only for Dragon Ball, but for Vegeta’s character development as a whole. The transition of his development throughout the show is what makes him my favourite character.

Animated by the underrated Toshiyuki Kanno

Thank you so much @smilegrimmer for letting this go and to @blargface15 for the craziest edit ever. Enjoy🤘🏼

Original production genga of Frieza from Episode 95: “Transformed at Last”.

This episode marks a pivotal moment in the Frieza Saga. After witnessing the brutal death of his best friend Krillin at the hands of Frieza, Goku is pushed over the edge emotionally. The raw intensity of his grief and rage triggers his legendary transformation—he becomes a Super Saiyan for the first time.

Drawn by the legendary Masaki Sato. Enjoy, 🥃

Original production genga of SSJ Goku from Episode 101: The Last Wish/オレはこの星ほしに残のこる！！勝しょう利りへの最さい後ごの願ねがい.

Goku and Freeza continue their ferocious battle as planet namek is on the verge of exploding. Goku buys enough time for Dende to use Porungas last wish to bring everyone to earth.

Yamamuro once again showcases his incredible artistic talent in this genga. The thick angular lines, and his staple golden color scheme makes his work easily recognizable. Fun fact, this was Yamamuros first episode as animation supervisor, he was just left uncredited. Enjoy this marvel of a piece 👌🏼

Original production layout of Ichiro Miyata from Round 23 of Hajime No Ippo.

Miyata is determined to win against Mashiba in order to fulfill his promise of fighting Ippo once they both go pro.

Absolutely love the detail in this layout. It’s so well drawn and has a lot going for it. This shot is also a splash panel in the manga! Enjoy🍻

Original production genga of Raditz from Episode 2: “Reunions/史し上じょう最さい強きょうの戦せん士しは悟ご空くうの兄あにだった”

Raditz lands at the Kame House to meet Goku for the first time on Earth to remind him of his Saiyan heritage and mission. This is the moment Raditz reveals they are brothers and that his original mission was to destroy earth.

Early Z genga is impossible to find. The older episodes have this vintage feel to them that the newer episodes can’t replace. Super happy to add this to the collection, enjoy!

Drawn by Katsumi Aoshima

I love this shot as it perfectly captures the sadistic grin Broly is known for. I’ve been looking for this frame for years after it sold on eBay for quite a high price back in 2019/2020. Thank you @supernuts.anime for letting it go 🤘🏼

Original production cel of Majin Vegeta from Episode 229: “Vegeta’s Pride”. THE infamous smile scene that all fans of the show can recognize as one of Vegeta’s most memorable moments. The sadistic grin he has in this shot perfectly showcases the evil that he gave into.

I’m super happy to finally add this wish-list grail into my collection. Enjoy 👌🏼
