Connecting Pieces is preparing medical and ostomy aid for Algeria, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Egypt.

We are currently seeking financial donations to help with shipping and delivery costs, along with medical and ostomy supply donations to support these efforts. In Algeria, recent fires have created an additional need for assistance.

My forever valentine baby,
I dont know how I will live my life without you but I know how much I lived with you.

I lost a tooth last week because of Crohn’s.

There are so many things infinitely bigger than a tooth.

But this mattered to me.

I’ve spent years watching this disease take pieces of my body. Each loss hits differently.

I’m learning that I don’t have to dismiss my own pain just because greater pain exists around me.

I can acknowledge that it hurts without allowing it to take more from me than it already has.

Maybe that’s what being fearless looks like for me.

Feeling it all and choosing to live despite it. 💟
