25 years of avoiding the gym. Quite an impressive streak, and that could be an underestimation to be honest.

Turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks. Even if she’d rather be lying in the sun with a vodka.

No gym membership. No elaborate routine. Just a few minutes of movement here and there, some weights, questionable facial expressions and the occasional canine/feline personal trainer.

Not chasing perfection. Just building a stronger body to carry me through the next 25 years. My 77 year old mama can out exercise me so I thought it was time to step up my game. 🤣 by @keyna_wallace

Life’s too short to be boring, too precious to be pretending and far too ridiculous to take seriously all the time.
