I work for the coolest company. I get so many opportunities to be creative, learn so much, and have cool experiences like this! I’m so thankful for my leadership for letting me have this opportunity before I moved teams ❤️

My niece Kinsley loves to be a big helper, so what better way than to let her make my coffee! I think she did pretty good, what should Kinsley and I do next?

MEET KENDALL ⚡️

For as long as she can remember, fitness has been a huge part of Kendall’s life. From competitive dance growing up, to powerlifting in college, to indoor cycling and Pilates post-grad, she’s always found a way to stay active (and energetic!).

Coming to Kendall’s class means you’re signing up for a challenging workout, high-energy music, and plenty of Gen Z encouragement along the way. She’ll push you to work hard, have fun, and get a good sweat on.

Outside of the studio, you can find Kendall crushing Excel spreadsheets at her corporate job, planning her next fitness event, or experimenting with a new Nespresso recipe. So get ready, because that Nespresso energy is coming straight to the bike!

We are so lucky to have her & can’t wait for you guys to meet her!
Give her a follow @kg.fit_ & catch her on the bike at AMP’D soon! by @kg.fit_
