Man O Man! Where do I even start 😅. This has been one crazy ride to this special moment in my life. When I started this journey it was just for fun and to get that competitive nature back. Little did I know it would change the entire outlook of my life. It led me to my beautiful wife @lizkathleen_fit who makes me a better man every day. We both set our sights to potentially becoming IFBB pros one day and fast forward 8/9 years later…. Here we are! IFBB PROs! Not once did we give up on this vision and we persevered to get here. It was only fitting to get it at the same show together! We have such an amazing support system with everyone we’ve met over the years of competing. You ALL know who you are, I’d be here for the entire week trying to tag you all🤣. You all have helped us get to this point, without your support we wouldn’t have made it this long lol. To our amazing clients who look up to us for motivation and guidance, none of this would even be remotely possible without your continued support and trusting us with your life goals. I’m beyond great full for you all being in my corner. To my @erndperformancecenter family!!!!! The community that supports one another is absolutely CRAZY. You guys have shown us so much love this prep by being there to capture our special moments. All my life being apart of sports and teams, never have I gotten this much support from a group of people. I am honored to call you all family. To my sponsor @kingdomnutrition I am honored to be apart of a brand that actually cares about their customers health. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to represent your brand in a impactful way. To the man who made it all happen! @justin413fitness I swear we are basically the same person😂. I knew this was going to be a perfect match after our first national show together. Man knows his stuff! His coaching has been on point since day one. I’m excited for the future together as a IFBB pro and to see how far we can take this. Who knows maybe one day we can make it to the ⭕️. If you know anything about me, you know I like to swing for the fences! MAN WE DID IT!!!!!!!!! god is good☝🏾😇 taken in Marriott Teaneck, New Jersey by @khi_evans

💎💎Client Spot Light💎💎 @sierrantoinette Its crazy to see how far you’ve come a year ago now! Everyone always says “ once you have a kid, your body will never be the same.” Sierra is out here proving that statement is invalid, put your mind to it and you can have a BETTER body then before….. For those of you asking how this is possible? Like I’ve always said, the weight on the scale is irrelevant to the body most people want to achieve. Adding muscle to her frame has changed her physical appearance dramatically, while maintaining around the same weight from photo 2 to photo 3. As we embark on our next phase in her physique, it will blow these photos out of the water🔥😈 Keep up the hard work girl! So damn proud of you!💯 It’s never too late to achieve the body you’ve always wanted. The question is what are you willing to do to get it?….. #fitness #transformation #irvinetrainer #octrainer #newmom #newporttrainer #onlinecoach taken in Newport Beach, California by @khi_evans

10 years today was the day our souls found one another. An energy I still till this day remember like it was yesterday. Standing at the Olympia Expo watching the show. You standing behind me, the thoughts in my head were "what is this?" We barely knew eachother but were being pulled together by this cosmic force that was so overwhelming I couldn't even focus on what I was watching in front of me. Your presence was exactly what I had asked for. I fought it because my past relationships made it seem this didnt exist. When I had given up hope on finding the person and relationship I deserved you showed up out of nowhere. Fast Forward 10 years later. I see you across the room and still crave your presence. You are the calm to my storm. You are the strength to my weaknesses. To say we were destined to find eachother sounds so cheesy but couldn't be more true. Thank you for loving me the way you do. Thank you for choosing me everyday. Thank you battling life with me, and thank you for living life to the fullest with me. I cant wait to see the next 10 years! 9.19.2016 🥰 3.30.2019 💍 #aididntwritethis #10years #khi❤️liz #9/19/2016 #thedaywefoundeachother by @khi_evans

2025!!! What another amazing year of fun and meeting amazing new friends from all over. My wife and I decided not to do as many raves this year as we did in 2024. The number was 17 events. Soooooo as you can see from the video we surpassed that number🤣. Not mad at it tho. We are starting to pick unique venues around the country to visit new places and meet new friends everywhere! 2026 let’s see where we land. We have an eye on a select few … thunder dome, electric forest, lost lands🤔 #rave #edm #dubstep taken in Newport Beach, California by @khi_evans

There’s moments that you look back in life and think damn…… that was one crazy event I experienced! This was THAT moment. Summer of 2023 was my very first rave experience thanks to my beautiful wife @lizkathleen_ifbbpro and from that moment on I fell in love with the Rave community. Never would have thought id meet amazing people along the way! There’s too many amazing people to tag in this post😂 all of you know who you are. Those of you who got to vibe with us @lostlandsfestival . Thank you for bringing nothing but high energy and positive vibes! This was by far my favorite festival hands down. Cheers to many more memories✌🏾 #lostlands #lostlands2025 #edm #ravecouples #rave #headbangers #raveculture #plur by @khi_evans
